Application Instructions

Step-by-Step Cleaning Process:

  1. Disassemble the DPF from the vehicle.
  2. Seal one opening of the filter or place it inside a barrel that fits the DPF cartridge.
  3. Fill the DPF with MotorPower Care 810 DPF Flush Liquid and let it soak for 4-6 hours. Shake the filter every couple of hours to ensure deep cleaning.
    (Note: Seal both openings or close the barrel tightly to prevent evaporation.)
  4. After 10-12 hours, unseal the DPF and save the liquid in a bucket for future use.
  5. Thoroughly rinse the DPF with clean, warm water to remove all remaining contaminants.
  6. Reinstall the DPF on the vehicle.
  7. Add MotorPower Care DPF Cleaner Additive (808) to the diesel tank for ongoing filter protection.
  8. Clear the filter codes and either force regeneration using a shop scanner or drive for 30 minutes on open roads to complete the cleaning process.
