Introducing MotorPower Care DPF & Catalyst Foam Cleaner - the fast and effective solution for diesel particulate filter cleaning without disassembling.
Utilizing high-quality German technology, our DPF Diesel Particulate Filter Foam Cleaner dissolves and eliminates all contamination and soot residues from the particulate filter, ensuring optimal performance.
With an easy-to-use spray application, the product can be conveniently applied through the temperature (O2) sensor port, aided by a long nozzle for reaching the DPF surface effectively.
Key Features:
No disassembling is required, saving time and effort.
Eliminates performance decrease and disruptions caused by contaminated particulate filters.
Restores complete function and efficiency of the diesel particulate filter.
Ideal for cleaning EGR valves.
Dissolves and removes contamination within the diesel particulate filter.
Cleans without the need for dismantling, simplifying the process.
Evaporates residue-free, leaving no trace behind.

DPF Foam Cleaner Instructions:
1- Preparation: Park your vehicle in a well-ventilated area and engage the parking brake. Allow the engine to cool down before proceeding with the cleaning process.
2- Locate the Temperature (O2) Sensor Port: Identify the temperature (O2) sensor port, usually located near the diesel particulate filter (DPF). Refer to your vehicle's manual or seek professional assistance if you are unsure about the sensor's location.
3- Shake the Can: Prior to application, vigorously shake the can of MotorPower Care DPF Foam Cleaner to ensure proper mixing of the contents.
4- Insert the Nozzle: Attach the long nozzle provided with the foam cleaner to the can. This nozzle is designed to reach the DPF surface effectively.
5- Spray the Foam: Carefully insert the nozzle into the temperature (O2) sensor port, ensuring a secure fit. Begin spraying the foam cleaner into the DPF, applying it evenly across the surface.
6- Allow Soaking Time: After applying the foam, let it soak inside the DPF for the 20 to 25 min.
7- Reinstall the Temperature (O2) Sensor: Once the soaking period is complete, securely reinstall the temperature (O2) sensor into its port.
8- Warm Up the Vehicle: Start the vehicle and allow it to warm up to normal operating temperature.
9- Initiate Regeneration: Initiate the regeneration process either by using a shop scanner or by taking a 40-minute drive on open roads. This process helps to burn off the accumulated carbon and soot.
10- Repeat if Necessary: If the DPF is still clogged after the initial cleaning process, you may need to repeat the entire cleaning process up to four times to clear out the carbon and soot completely.
Preventative Maintenance: To prevent further carbon build-up and maintain optimal performance, we recommend using MotorPower Care DPF Purge Filter (808) additive regularly as directed.
Please refer to your vehicle's manual for any specific guidelines or precautions related to the DPF cleaning process. If you are unsure or uncomfortable performing the task yourself, it is advisable to seek assistance from a qualified automotive professional.
