Application Instructions

🔹 Preparation:

1. Shake the can thoroughly before use.
2. Warm up the engine to operating temperature before starting the process.
3. For Gasoline Engines: Remove one spark plug.
4. For Diesel Engines: Remove one injector.

🔹 Cleaning Process:

1. Inspect the intake valve with an endoscope, then manually rotate the engine until the intake valves are fully open.
2. Spray MotorPower Care 8102 Carbon Cleaner into the combustion chamber until white foam emerges from the access port.
3. Let it react for 20 minutes, then repeat the process up to 3 times if needed.
4. Use a vacuum or extractor to remove the dissolved carbon and cleaning emulsion.
5. Reinstall the spark plug/injector, turn on the engine, and let it warm up for 1-2 minutes.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 for each cylinder until the entire engine is cleaned.
7. Erase any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) from the system.

🔹 Alternative Cleaning Method for Intake Valves:

• Remove the intake manifold for direct access.
• Heat the intake valves & ports with a heat gun.
• Spray MotorPower Care Carbon Cleaner directly on the valves.
• Let the product react for 10 minutes, then repeat if needed.
