Product properties:
This the latest generation of our specially designed product for the air intake system. Developed for use in both fuel injection systems and engines with exhaust gas recirculation or “EGR”. This product thoroughly cleans the entire system starting from the air intake all the way through the exhaust for all Gasoline and diesel engines. This product may only be used with the Injection & Exhaust System Cleaning Device. Even heavy deposits can now be removed residue-free without affecting sensitive materials or components. Our Induction Cleaner successfully cleans the entire air intake system during application. The engine runs more powerful and smooth. The fuel consumption and exhaust emissions will also be significantly reduced.
How To Use:
MotorPower Care Induction & Air Intake System Cleaner – GDI is designed for professional use and is specifically formulated to clean air systems: (throttle-body - intake manifold - intake & exhaust valves combustion chamber - EGR valve - O2 Sensor & Catalytic converter), in all vehicles equipped with gasoline direct injection (GDI) engines. This product should be applied solely using an air intake cleaning device capable of atomizing the product into the air intake system. Before using the product, please carefully follow these instructions.
Preparation:
1- Ensure Safety: Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety goggles and gloves, as needed.
2- Vehicle Warm-Up: The engine must be warmed up to its operating temperature before beginning the cleaning process. It is recommended to let the engine run for a few minutes to achieve this.
3- Access Port: Identify the access port on the intake manifold for the air intake system cleaning. If there is no dedicated access port, use an S-shaped nozzle that can reach under the air intake boot just before the throttle body. Ensure that the air intake system is cool to the touch before proceeding.
Cleaning Procedure:
Pressure Setting: Set your air intake cleaning device to pressurize the canister containing MotorPower Care Induction & Air Intake System Cleaner to a pressure range between 25 to 35 psi. Ensure that the device is properly calibrated for this pressure.
1- Engine Start, RPM Adjustment: Set the engine's RPM to approximately 2500 RPM. The cleaning process should be carried out with the engine running.
2- Atomization: Begin atomizing the MotorPower Care Induction & Air Intake System Cleaner into the air intake system through the access port on the intake manifold or using the S-shaped nozzle before the throttle body. Ensure that the product is evenly distributed into the system.
3- Cleaning Cycle: Continue atomizing the product into the air intake system while maintaining the RPM at around 2500.
4- RPM Increase: After three minutes stop atomizing the product and increase the engine's RPM to approximately 5000 RPM for a brief period (a few seconds).
5- Repeat: Restart the atomization process, maintaining an engine RPM of around 2500 for another three minutes. Repeat this cycle until the entire contents of the product canister have been used.
Note for Direct Injection Vehicles:
Direct Injection (DI): If you are working on vehicles equipped with direct injection (especially German cars), it is recommended to use two bottles of MotorPower Care Induction & Air Intake System Cleaner – GDI for a more effective cleaning process.
Fuel System Cleaner: Consider using our MotorPower Care Fuel System Cleaner by adding it to the gasoline tank, this will help eliminate carbon build-up.
